     You may find these menus a little boring because my grocery list is aimed to please me, and my other half. I wouldn't say we're picky eaters -- our taste buds just know what they like. Since I get migraines easily, most of the lunch meat I buy is either freshly sliced at a deli counter, or the package states 'no nitrites or MSG'. At least it gives me a reason to stay in shape, because the Italian in me can never resist to 'mangia'!
