Not many believe it's possible to lose weight by eating more and exercising less. The idea here is to work smarter, not harder. I will try to avoid stating exact portion sizes because I eat according to how I feel, instead of counting calories. With a little planning ahead, I stay full longer.-- Plus a good dose of strength training, and some occasional cardio, I feel like a teenager inside again. Considering I used to be a size 18/XXL, I hope this blog motivates me to stay on track, and helps others discover it's possible to lose weight without banning their favorite foods.
